5 Days Masai Mara Safari, Lake Nakuru & Lake Naivasha
DAY 1: NAIROBI- MASAI MARA
Leave Nairobi in the morning and drive to the view point of the Great Rift Valley, descend the escarpment and drive via Narok to Masai Mara for lunch later on followed by an evening game drive in Masai Mara famous for its yearly migration of wildebeests hence dubbed by many the 9th wonder of the world. Dinner and overnight at Sentrim Mara Camp.
DAY 2: MASAI MARA FULL DAY GAME DRIVE
After breakfast you will leave the camp with packed lunch for a full day game drive. Known for its abundance in different wildlife species you will most likely be able to view the big 5 here and virtually all other species of wildlife present in Kenya in the vast plain grasslands of the Mara. Dinner and overnight at Sentrim Mara Camp.
DAY 3: MASAI MARA- LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast have an enroute game drive as you leave for Lake Nakuru national park arriving in Nakuru late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the Alps Hotel.
DAY 4: LAKE NAKURU- NAIVASHA
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed for a game drive at Lake Nakuru national park, the home of white rhinos. After lunch, begin your journey to Lake Naivasha, you will arrive in the evening for boat ride at the lake if you want (this is an optional activity). Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake with a picturesque view of Mt. Longonot, hippos, over 400 species of birds on the island including pelicans, African fish eagles, African darter and the lesser flamingoes which are migratory. Dinner and overnight at Naivasha Kongoni Lodge.
DAY 5: LAKE NAIVASHA –NAIROBI
After breakfast check out and depart to Nairobi. On arrival transfer to your hotel or the airport for your flight back home. This marks the end of the safari.
