9 DAYS KENYA TANZANIA GROUP JOINING SAFARI

DAY 1: NAIROBI: MASAI MARA

You will be picked from your hotel or airport get a briefing on the safari then proceed to Masai Mara. Have a short stopover at the Great Rift Valley view point then continue to arrive in Masai Mara to have lunch after checking in your hotel. Later go for an introductory evening game drive. Return for Dinner and overnight at Lancheda camp/equivalent.

DAY 2: MASAI MARA

After breakfast leave for a full day game drive with packed lunch a cross the rich, tree studded grassland and rolling hills. Have your packed lunch as you enjoy the view then continue with your game drive. Later return for dinner and overnight at Lancheda Camp/equivalent.

DAY 3: MASAI MARA – LAKE NAIVASHA

Wake up for a prebreakfast game drive.This is the best to get the chance to see the cat family make a kill for breakfast/lunch.Return to the camp for a full breakfast before departing to Naivasha with an en route drive.Arrive to lake Naivasha and enjoy the beautiful view and have an option of going for a boat ride and visit the crescent island at extra cost.Dinner and overnight at Taphe/equavalent.

DAY 4: LAKE NAIVASHA– ARUSHA

After breakfast leave for Hell’s Gate National Park for the game drive. You can see some human friendly animals as you head in the park to gorge with a guide. You have an option of cycling from the gate into the park. Leave the park before noon for Nairobi to connect with tourist shuttle bus that departs from Nairobi to Arusha in the Afternoon. Arrive in Arusha at night where our staff will be waiting for you. Dinner and overnight at Meru Inn/equivalent.

DAY 5: ARUSHA – TARANGIRE

Leave Arusha after breakfast to Tarangire National Park.  Arrive in Tarangire and have lunch, later head out for an afternoon game drive. After the game drive, depart for overnight at the base of Manyara to cut down the long distance drive to Serengeti National park. Dinner and overnight at campsite.

DAY 6: TARANGIRE –  SERENGETI

After breakfast head to serengeti National Park with an en route game drive. Serengeti is the largest and most known park in Tanzania, its known known for its endless plains, wildbeest migration , numerous lions among many other animals. Dinner and overnight at campsite.

DAY 7: SERENGETI – NGORONGORO

After breakfast leave for a morning game drive then return to depart for ngorongoro (with an optional stop at olduvai). Arrive to the beautiful rim of ngorongoro crater for dinner and overnight. Here you will have an excellent view of the crater floor. Please note that simba camp is the only common campsite in the area so we recommend a night simba campsite.

DAY 8: NGORONGORO – ARUSHA

After breakfast leave for a morning game drive in the Ngorongoro crater. High chance of spotting the big 5 animals. Lunch will be served at a picnic site at the crater floor. In the afternoon drive back to Arusha arriving to have dinner and overnight at Meru Inn hotel/equivalent

DAY 9: ARUSHA – NAIROBI

Pick up after breakfast and you will be transferred to the shuttle bus for your journey to Nairobi. This marks the end of the safari.
